Mathew held training sessions for candidates

Mathew International Placement held training sessions for candidates on "How to be successful in an interview and develop a good resume" in Rayong during the month of July 2008.

The seminars were participated by more than 100 interested candidates mainly from the petrochemical and plastic industry. The seminar was free-of-charge and conducted for the purpose of improving Thai candidate abilities in an interview with foreign employers.

The training topics included:
- Tips and insights about interviewing with foreigners
- Sharing experiences on various inteview and selection process
- How to develop a good resume
- How to develop your career path

Mathew will arrange training sessions again soon in October for the preparation of the upcoming recruitment projects at the end of the year.
