+ Minimum Requirements +

  1. Wages not less than the minimum wages set by the Department of Employment, or minimum wage of the country where Thai workers shall be employed.
  2. Period of employment to be clearly stated.
  3. Free traveling expenses, at least one way ticket.
  4. Regular working hours and overtime pay in accordance with the local labour laws.
  5. Food and accommodation to be provided free of charge to the workers or food allowance in lieu of.
  6. Free medical treatment.
  7. Workmen's compensation benefits according to social insurance schemes of the host country or benefits insured by a private insurance company.
  8. Annual vacation according to the law of the host country.
  9. Other conditions not contrary to the local laws.
