1) Process Engineers Job Summary Will act as a process expert in the area responsible. Includes plant performance, preparing daily performance summary and recommending corrective actions to deal with abnormalities. Performs studies to develop the plant operations in long term. Provides functional assistance to various plant personnel in test-checking alterations, diagnosing process problems and preparing technical specifications of operating chemicals and materials. Prepares data for new projects and major revamps and prepares instructions and plans for defined maintenance activities . Coordinates and supervises all Process Safety related issues. Qualifications - B.Sc Degree in Chemical Engineering 2) Shift Supervisors (Olefins) Job Summary Co-ordinates and supervises on assigned shift, the operation of the Ethylene Unit (EU) in a safe and efficient manner to ensure the production, processing and distribution of different products and utilities meet specified qualities and quantities. Supervises plant start-ups, shutdown and emergencies as per established operating procedures. Act as Shift Controller for Borouge. Acts as Incident Controller within EU in case of emergency. - B.Sc Degree in Engineering 3) Production Planner (PE/PP/EU) Job Summary Will be responsible in planning, organizing and controlling the product flows of feedstock, base resins, additives for the production plants in order to have finished products of the right quantity , timely and profitably manufactured. Will prepare and establish planned and expected production capacity usage through monthly and quarterly plans in order to fulfill sales needs and to maintain most economical capacity usage. Based on that agree and produce a production schedule. Qualifications - B.Sc Degree in Chemical Engineering or relevant disciplines
4) Systems Process Support Planner Job Summary Will provide technical support to Production facilities to ensure plants are enabled to produce targeted quantities to defined quality, safety and cost parameters, meeting customer needs and to ensure opportunities are identified and developed for the continuous improvement of the facility and its capabilities. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
5) Automation Engineers / Advanced Process Control (APC) Specialist Job Summary Will be responsible for the set-up, maintenance and upgrading Aspentech DMCPlus and Honeywell RMPCT (Advanced Process Control); Monitor performance of interface between APC and DCS. Perform system administration and maintain proper and periodical back up for speedy recovery; Liaise and discuss with Process Engineers and supervisors modifications related to Process and Plant Automation; Maintain and tune custom built non-linear process control for Polyolefin’s industries. Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Process or Chemical Engineering or equivalent
6) Material Engineers / Specialist Job Summary Will be responsible in developing and maintaining an Inventory management system and oversee the implementation of the system via detailed procedures that ensures optimum holding of stock of material; Define the data requirement for the computerized material management system, and maintain the data for unique identification and informative classification. Will work closely with procurement to ensure stock replenishment is done on time. Qualifications - Bachelors Degree or equivalent
7) Planner Job Summary Will act as the link between the design office and the internal or external site execution teams. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly planning for the field execution of all plant modification projects; studies the work to map all resources and services needs of the project. Take steps in making available the required resource & materials. Qualifications - BSc Degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Instrumental Engineering or equivalent
8) Workshop Supervisor Job Summary Will be responsible in managing the mechanical workshop including valve shop, electrical / instrument workshop, staff and budgets so that an effective efficient service is provided to the operation and plant availability department. Will also be responsible for spare parts and materials. Qualifications - Degree in Mechanical Engineering
9) Service Supervisor Job Summary Will lead a team of Contractors’ Supervisors and Technicians who will provide general site maintenance services, Heavy Duty equipments operation, rigging, Hydro-jetting, Facility Maintenance and other activities of various contractors’ services. Assist in administering the contracts for compliance with terms and conditions, reviewing and updating scope of work. Supervise the contractors’ personals for compliance with company’s systems, procedures including HSE rules & regulations. Qualifications - Degree in Engineering or equivalent 10) Condition Monitoring Engineer Job Summary Will carry out Condition Monitoring of the plant and off-site installed Rotating Equipment by On-Line and Off-line Data acquisition techniques and data analysis. To maintain various Condition Monitoring Equipment and also the data in the Computerized system. To propose measures to improve reliability & availability of plant rotating equipment and minimize failures. Qualifications - For engineer level: Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Instrumental) or equivalent 12) Laboratory Engineer Job Summary Will act as a process expert in the area responsible. Performs a variety of analysis and tests of above-mentioned categories in accordance with established testing methods and instructions.Uses all necessary laboratory apparatus and instruments. Checks and records test results. Performs certain tests and analysis on unit run-down samples and submits results to Senior Laboratory Technician or Laboratory Engineers for onward transmission and review. All results are indirectly or directly reported to the LIMS System. Qualifications - Degree in Chemical Science or Engineering or related fields 13) Laboratory Technician Job Summary Will act as a process expert in the area responsible. Performs a variety of analysis and tests of above-mentioned categories in accordance with established testing methods and instructions.Uses all necessary laboratory apparatus and instruments. Checks and records test results. Performs certain tests and analysis on unit run-down samples and submits results to Senior Laboratory Technician or Laboratory Engineers for onward transmission and review. Qualifications - Diploma in Electricall Engineering 15) Control Technician Job Summary Will carry out the skilled installation, maintenance and repair of a wide range of field instrumentation, control room equipment (DCS, PLC and TMR ESD) in the operating plants by adhering to the work specifications, following the proper standards and taking the appropriate HSE precautions. To do troubleshooting and defect repair, deciding on suitable methods of repair by dismantling, assembling, replacement or refurbishment of the needed parts. Qualifications - Diploma in Instrument Engineering 16) Mechanical Technician Job Summary To carry out skilled installation, maintenance and repair of a wide range of mechanical rotating and static equipment in the operating plants by adhering to the work specifications, following the proper standards and taking the appropriate HSE precautions. To do the troubleshooting and defect repair, deciding on suitable methods of repair by dismantling, assembling, replacement or refurbishment of the needed parts. Qualifications - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering 17) Inspector (Welding) Job Summary Will participate in the inspection and Testing of all static equipment of process plants, storage and marine facilities as well as pipeline systems. To carry out corrosion control activities and contribute to equipment conditioning monitoring. To carry out NDT inspections jobs and supervise contracted technicians. Qualifications - Diploma in Welding / Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgical Engineering
