As part of our continued expansions, we are in search of qualified and experienced personnel for the following vacancies. The company needs to recruit a number of key positions in its plants located in Ruwais, Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. & Headquarter in Abu Dhabi.

Valve Supervisor

About the job

To lead a valve shop team of provide Valve shop services so as to meet operational requirement.
Schedule Compliance: Organizes and coordinates with respective workforce to ensure compliance of daily schedule for valve shop & LDPE shop released by planning in time and with quality
Coordination: Coordinates with operations, planning & other execution departments for efficient delivery of workshop services.
Spares / consumables: Follow up spares physically or through SAP so as to intimate inventory team for timely delivery. Check material interchangability and create SCAD for SAP stock entry.
PM Compliance: Supervises PM activities of Valve shop equipment, PSVs, HP & LP system as per underlying PM frequency
Testing of Equipment: Supervises testing of piping spools, Hyper components of LDPE system as per procedure to ensure service integrity
HSE Compliance: Ensure that all Valve shop activities are carried out in compliance with company’s underlying health, safety and environmental guidelines and procedure

Minimum Requirements:

Knowledge: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or higher. Good knowledge in Valve shop Functions for industrial application.
Experience: 8-10 years of job experience in handling of Valve shop activities preferably in petro-chemical industries.
Skills: Communication in English, supervisory skill
